KT Sonic Boom Heo-hoon discharged from military service amidst fan hospitality…

Heo-hoon is preparing to return to professional basketball after completing his military service.

On the 15th, Heo Hoon posted a photo on his Instagram story with the word “ㅃㅃㅃ”.

In the photo, Heo Hoon is posing with a cheerful expression in front of the Armed Forces Physical Training Center.

On the same day, Heo Hoon also posted a photo of coffee tea sent to him by his fans and thanked them for their support.

Born in 1995, Heo Hoon, 28, is the second son of basketball player Heo Hoon, who was once called the “Basketball President.

Following in his father’s footsteps, he picked up a basketball at a young age and played as an ace for Yongsan High School before going on to Yonsei University, where he won the 2014 Rookie of the Year award.

He was drafted by KT in the first round of the 2017 draft and served as the starting guard upon his debut. He averaged 10.6 points, 4.3 assists, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.3 steals in his debut season, but the rookie of the year award went to the SK Knights as the team finished at the bottom of the league.

After playing a total of 51 games in the 2020-2021 season and averaging 15.63 points, 2.71 rebounds, 7.51 assists, and 1.45 steals, Heo was accepted into the commercial basketball team in May last year and began his military career.

Heo, who was discharged from the military on Nov. 15, is expected to return to action on Nov. 18 against Seoul SK at the home of Suwon KT. KT will play two games in a row at home. After the SK game on the 18th, they will meet DB on the 21st.

The reunion with his brother Heo-woong will take place on the 30th against KCC.

Currently, KT Sonic Boom is in third place in the league with six wins and three losses in nine games. 토토
