Hwang Sun-woo takes bronze in first event “I’ll make up for it in other events”

South Korean swimming sensation Hwang Sun-woo (20-Gangwon Provincial Office) started his first Asian Games with a bronze medal, and while he was disappointed with his performance, he vowed to improve in his remaining events.

With the disappointment behind him, Hwang will now aim to win gold in the 800-meter freestyle relay on Friday and the 200-meter freestyle on Sunday.
