Lee Chae-woon (Surigao) finished sixth in the men’s big air at the FIS Snowboard World Cup. Lee, born in 2006, finished sixth in the men’s big air final of the FIS Snowboard World Cup 2023-2024 season at Xiujiang Park in Beijing, China, today with a score of 153.75 points. Lee won the snowboard halfpipe at the FIS Freestyle-Snowboarding World Championships in Georgia in March, becoming the first Korean athlete to win a world championship gold medal. Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games gold medalist Su Yiming (CHN) won the event with 184.50 points, followed by Ryoma Kimata (JPN) in second place with 180.75 points.
