Jae-min Yang has 10 points, 5 rebounds against Hokkaido—Sendai cruises to easy win

Yang Jae-min (Sendai) scored a game-winning basket against Hokkaido.

The Sendai 89ERS defeated Levanga Hokkaido 83-74 on Tuesday at Zebio Arena in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, in the B.League 2023-2024 season.

Rashawn Thomas (15 points, 13 rebounds) recorded a double-double, while Ryo Abe (19 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists) and Yasunori Aoki (15 points, 2 rebounds, 4 assists) provided supportive shooting from the perimeter. Sendai, which improved to 24-31, 홀덤 remained in sixth place in the Eastern District.

After trailing 17-20 in the first quarter, Sendai dominated Hokkaido from the second quarter onward to secure the victory with ease.

Meanwhile, Lee Hyun-joong (Osaka) showed his all-around presence with seven points, five rebounds, one assist, one steal and one blocked shot against the Hiroshima Dragonflies. However, he struggled with his shooting form, making just two of 10 field goals. With the 77-91 loss, Osaka Evesa falls to 22-33 on the season.

Lee Dae-sung (Mikawa) had two points, two rebounds, four assists and three steals for the Kawasaki Brave Thunder. The Seahorses Mikawa lost 65-69, falling to 32-23 on the season.

Jang Kook-Kook (Nagasaki) scored three points with one three-pointer against the Ryukyu Golden Kings. Nagasaki Belka lost 67-98, falling to 23-32 with the loss.
