The KBO announced on the 6th that in order to respond to the ongoing abnormally high temperatures, it has decided to change the start time of Sunday and public holiday games, which are currently scheduled at 5 PM, to 6 PM during the remaining hot summer season (July-August).
Accordingly, the KBO has adjusted the start times of games on Sundays the 11th, 18th, and 25th, as well as games on the 15th, Liberation Day, from 5 PM to 6 PM.
However, the KIA Tigers-Kiwoom Heroes game 한국을 on the 15th and the LG Twins-Kiwoom game on the 25th held at Gocheok Sky Dome will start as scheduled at 5 PM and 2 PM, respectively.

The match was cancelled by the match referee in accordance with League Rule 27, which states that a match can be cancelled when the daily high temperature is expected to be above 35 degrees Celsius for two consecutive days.
