Seoul SK has moved into sole possession of first place in the Korean Professional Basketball League with a winning streak.
SK won 88-80 against Wonju DB in the KCC Pro Basketball 2024-2025 Season at Wonju General Gymnasium on Wednesday afternoon.
With the victory, SK returned to first place with a record of 8-2 after winning four straight games since the last game against the 스포츠토토사이트 Hyundai Mobis in Ulsan on Nov. 6.
DB, on the other hand, dropped to the bottom of the standings with a 2-8 record.
SK got a one-man show from Jamil Warney, who totaled 42 points, including four three-pointers. He also grabbed 12 rebounds, including 10 defensive rebounds alone, for a double-double.
Ahn Young-joon and Kim Sun-hyung added 19 and 12 points, respectively. Ahn also recorded a double-double with 11 rebounds.
Trailing 63-67 after three quarters, SK opened the fourth quarter with a three-pointer by Warney and a two-pointer by Kim Sun-hyung.
After giving up a three-pointer to DB, SK turned the ball over again, but Warney drew a foul on Chinanu Onuaku and made two free throws.
Two free throws by Choi and a three-pointer by Warney made the score 78-73.
SK allowed DB to tie the game again, but four consecutive free throws by Warney and a crucial three-pointer by Ahn Young-joon ended the chase and kept the score close.
