PSG’s first pre-season game behind closed doors as ‘Lee Kang-in debut’ likely

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) will hold a trial against Le Havre (France) behind closed doors in what is expected to be the debut of Lee Kang-in, 22, who joined the French professional soccer giants.

PSG announced today that the club will play its first pre-season match against Le Havre at the PSG Campus in Paris, France, at 12:00 p.m. ET on July 21.

The PSG Campus was recently inaugurated as a state-of-the-art training center, and the match against Le Havre marks its opening. Le Havre won the Ligue 2 title in 2022-23 and earned promotion to Ligue 1 in 2023-24.

Lee Kang-in, who recently joined PSG from Mallorca, is likely to make his PSG debut in this match.

However, he won’t be able to watch the match in person. PSG have announced that the match against Le Havre will be played behind closed doors.

However, there are “other ways” to watch Lee play. “PSG will broadcast the PSG-Le Havre match live on PSG TV Premium,” PSG said, “with commentary in French and English.”

Meanwhile, after the match against Le Havre, PSG will embark on a tour of Asia.
